Life & Well-Being Coaching 

Are you living your "best life"? If you wouldn't change a thing, that's fabulous! However, if you're looking at my website, there's likely at least one aspect you'd like to change. Life and well-being coaching is for you if you are committed to improving your life, whatever that means to you. It is a helpful tool for most of life's situations, whether you aspire to make behavioral changes (i.e., change your diet, exercise, sleep, etc. habits) or would like support around an upcoming decision. Let me be your guide as we explore your ambitions and lay the foundation for a more fulfilling life.

Recovery Coaching

Are you or would you like to be "in recovery" from substance misuse disorder and/or other addictions? If your answer is yes, recovery coaching may be the right fit for you. As your Recovery Coach, I will support you in identifying and removing barriers to your recovery. We will work as a team to determine what actions you can take and what resources you can tap into that will best support you on your journey of healing. Because I believe recovery encompasses every aspect of life, we can also explore how your life and health choices may be impacting your recovery, and what changes you would like to make in those areas, if any. Additionally, as your recovery coach, I may share some of my experience as a person in recovery when it adds value to the coaching session. My Approach to Coaching

As your coach, I will support you without judgment and challenge you to overcome obstacles, realize your maximum potential, and transform your life. You know your life best. Instead of giving you advice, I will ask you powerful questions that will assist you in examining yourself and your life at a deep level. Together, we will explore your vision for your future and create action plans that will help you get there. Through the coaching process, you will become more conscious of your values and strengths, which will support you in creating more well-being in your life.

Clients report a transformation in their thinking and problem-solving beyond coaching sessions. My goal is to provide you with tools that will continue to support you once our time together comes to an end. Service Options:

Complimentary 60-Minute Introductory Coaching Session ($0)
The primary purpose of this session is to see if we make a good fit. We'll begin by discussing coaching, and I'll answer any questions you may have. Then, we will do a brief coaching session so you can get a sense of my coaching style. If we agree that it's a good match, we'll finish by discussing logistics and scheduling your first appointment. I look forward to meeting you!

Optional Vision Session ($75)
During a 60-75 minute session, I lead you through an exercise to envision your desired future state. We then discuss what came up for you and create a vision statement, which we use to create goals and track progress in future sessions. It's a great place to start if you know you want to make changes, but aren't exactly sure what those are yet.

30-Minute Life & Well-Being Coaching Session ($40)
Come prepared with a topic that will support your vision. During this 30-minute session, we will engage in a collaborative process to create awareness and empower you to move towards your desired state. When appropriate, you will leave with a goal and an action plan to work on between sessions. Thirty minutes is plenty of time to leave feeling complete and empowered.

60-Minute Life & Well-Being Coaching Session ($75)
Come prepared with a topic that will support your vision. During this 60-minute session, we will engage in a collaborative process to create awareness and empower you to move towards your desired state. When appropriate, you will leave with a goal and an action plan to work on between sessions. Sixty minutes allows for deeper exploration compared to the 30-minute sessions.

30-Minute Recovery Coaching Session ($40)
Come prepared to discuss your recovery, your aspirations, and any obstacles you may be facing. You can either come with a particular focus in mind or, with my guidance and your direction, we will determine a topic for the session. When appropriate, you will leave with a goal and an action plan to work on between sessions. 

60-Minute Recovery Coaching Session ($75)
Come prepared to discuss your recovery, your aspirations, and any obstacles you may be facing. You can either come with a particular focus in mind or, with my guidance and your direction, we will determine a topic (or topics) for the session. When appropriate, you will leave with a goal and an action plan to work on between sessions. 60-minute sessions allow for deeper exploration and potentially more topics of discussion compared to the 30-minute sessions.
